In their own words
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... This was a completely unprofessional and careless company, and I would caution anyone thinking of using them. We hired Move-Pro LLC from U-Haul to help with the packing of U-Boxes...it was a disaster from the start. - They showed up 1 hour late and one of the movers smelled strongly of marijuana. - They showed up with a U-Haul moving truck and said they needed to pack the truck, transport the items to U-Haul, and then would repack the items in the U-Boxes.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I’ve used Professional Sacramento Movers more than once, and they have been great every time. The crew is professional, polite, and very careful with everything they move. They take the time to properly wrap and protect furniture and handle items with care to avoid any damage. Moving can be stressful, but they make the process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable movers.
