The rating breakdown
Google shows 19 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
Do Not Hire White Gloves Moving LLC Our experience with White Gloves Moving LLC was one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. We hired them to move our daughter's small one-bedroom apartment from Walnut Creek to Los Angeles. We were quoted approximately $1,800 and repeatedly assured delivery would occur within five business days—possibly even the next day. Neither promise was kept.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with true expertise. They were incredibly thorough in providing estimates and took the time to understand our specific needs. The company White Gloves moved me from California to Nevada—quickly, carefully, and stress-free, for a reasonable price. Thank you to the team and the foreman, Alex.
Tatyana, thank you so much for the kind words! 🙏 California to Nevada is a serious haul, and we're really glad Alex and the team made it feel quick and stress-free. That's exactly the experience we want every long-distance customer to have.
I had an excellent experience with White Gloves Moving from start to finish for my move from the Bay Area to San Diego. Out of 4–5 companies I contacted, they provided the best quote with very competitive pricing and clear terms. Their estimate was accurate and professional, with no hidden surprises later. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding.
Thank you so much, Vladimir! This kind of review means the world to our team. 🙏 A Bay Area to San Diego move is no small undertaking, and we're really glad the whole experience - from the initial quote to final delivery - felt smooth and stress-free.
True professionals. I was treated with honesty and respect throughout the entire process. Michael and Bruce in customer service were kind and explained everything so I could understand. Alex and Igor followed through on those promises. They were on time and worked so hard it was impressive. I would give all of them an 11 out of 10 rating. I’d be happy to be a reference for the company.
Nanci, thank you - "11 out of 10" is about as high as it gets, and we'll take it! 😊 Michael, Bruce, Alex, and Igor will all hear about this. It's a real team effort … More
