Buyer beware: Budget Movers has rebranded to Service Pro Movers (spmovers), but the quality has plummeted from a 5-star service to a 0-star nightmare. I paid them $595.75 to move my home, and they ended up destroying over $1k worth of my property due to pure laziness, incompetence and negligence. They dropped and completely ruined my $1,000+ Vision Kamado Grill (shattered ceramic body and broken ignition now completely unusable), alongside an exercise bench and two tables.
I think this company does not have good customer service. This is the second time my neighbors have used their company & they have blocked my driveway entirely where I am unable to get out. No courtesy knock to let us know NOTHING. Told me to wait when I got in my car to go, so unprofessional.
I called to get a quote They refused me because I don’t have a whole lot of stuff However, I am severely injured and I just needed to move a few pieces of furniture from my old spot to my new spot and they refused Me because I don’t have a whole house full of stuff not everybody is financially able to have a whole lot of belongings and honestly it’s disgusting that I was turned down because of this
