Customer service Here sucks I talked to three representatives, obviously from some other country that you can hardly understand Two of them had me wait 10 minutes each for a Property manager to be here to show me units to look at never showed up never called me. I’m still sitting here 40 minutes later. There’s also a lady Pissed off because she can’t get in and no one’s here in the lobby to return keys and locks Nice
Feel sorry for the poor people working here! They face the worst management providing the worst customer service possible. Three of four broken garage doors. Never fixed. No signs directing customers. They do not care about customers. Do not move here!
If I could give less than a one-star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I've received in a very long time. I got an email confirmation with the unit number stating that my reservation would be held until May 3. I went in on April 27 to find out that they had given my unit away and there were no units left in the size I had reserved. The confirmation email you get stating your unit is reserved and will be held until the listed date means NOTHING.

I worked at this location when it first opened. I was always proud to show clients around and bragged about what we offered. I took pride in how clean the restrooms were, if something wasn't working, I worked to fix it. Now, three years later, my storage unit costs a fortune, there are absolutely NO garbled cans anywhere on site, not even in the restrooms....which look like they have not been been cleaned in months. Rings!!! Ish The door to the side of the bldg wasn't working and let the freezing air in.
Terrible business, they upped the rent OVER $100/ month and can't even keep bathrooms sanitary. The hours are awful and it takes literal days to get anyone to show up to help. The hallways flood so be prepared to keep your belongings off the floors. They also have dozens of trash bags littering the highway below because they don't provide a dumpster and lazy people just toss it over the bank and the company doesn't bother cleaning up.
Update 10/2025: Rates are now $264 for a 10’ unit effective 11/1/2025. I moved back up here a week ago and have worked on clearing my unit to avoid the price hike, I worked until 6pm 10/31, when I got there at 7pm, there was a moving truck …

I need to rent a storage garage for my upcoming move. I held a unit at a different company online and when I showed up, no body was there during their actual business hours. I was already feeling overwhelmed about the move and was sad this didn’t go well. I was determined to rent a unit today so I googled Public Storage and called the number. The person I spoke to on the phone wasn’t really listening to what I wanted so I continued to feel frustrated.
Very helpful! Checked us out very quickly in a timely manner. Very satisfied! Awesome worker!!
