Poor service, no call back, when I called for the third time the person I talked with used profanity and the F word throughout the conversation. We had an excellent experience working with Vincent and his crew! They were able to get us in with less than a week's notice, arrived on time, and had great communication. All items were handled with care. They were very quick with the move, and were the best price in the area! They even waived the travel fee since we were so close, and gave a discount for my newly retired in-laws. I would absolutely highly recommend them!

So I recently got a used sectional from my sister and had the task of moving it into my 3rd floor apartment building. The first two piece were able to go in just with the help of some friends with no trouble at all. However, the third and longest piece of the sectional was WAY wider than expected for my apartment building. We were able to haul it up all three flights of stairs ourselves and managed to get it through the hall, but when it came to the door we were completely stuck in the frame.

They showed up right on time, were super friendly, and handled everything—from heavy furniture to fragile items—with real care. The team made what could have been a stressful day totally smooth and easy. They even made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I felt taken care of the whole time.
