As others have mentioned, I secured a rental unit at this facility and the rate was increased by 25% just a couple of months into our rental agreement. I reached out with my concerns and the rate was adjusted down (still an increase, just more palatable). Two months later, I have received notice that the rate will be increased again AND that there will be no negotiation. I did not choose this unit based on price, but on proximity to my home.

Been dealing with this companies bait and switch tactics for almost two years. Started renting that 5x10 for 39 bucks, then four months later they are trying to double it. They send in a rent negotiations. They decide on 59 bucks a month, then three months later they are trying to get 128.00 a month. Their reasoning is because my size unit has less availability. So I check. There are lots of 5x10 available for rent. They told me I had to pay the 127.00 and there was nothing they can do for me.

While the storage units are in good condition, the recent major (DOUBLED) rate hike preceded by not applying the promotional rate reduction, and not being open during business hours, I don't recommend this place. Phone calls get rolled to a holding service and go unanswered. You can wait around for over 30 minutes to see if someone shows up, but they don't. Whomever is running this place seems to only be here whenever they feel like it.

This place is a SCAM. Started with the introductory rate of $31/mo + $29/mo insurance for the first two months, after that the rent was raised to the agreed $62/mo + mandatory $29 insurance. Three months later the decide to raise rent all the way up to $141 + $29 insurance!! Don’t come here if you plan on using the space for longer than 3 months!!
