I’m writing to share my experience with this moving company in hopes of helping others avoid the same situation. My move from La Crosse, Wisconsin to Woodbury, Minnesota should have been a relatively straightforward studio apartment move — no beds, no appliances, no large furniture. Just boxes, books, a small couch, and a coffee table.

Disappointing service, offensively bad customer service follow-up. Moved towards the start of July, the two men moved my items quickly and in one trip, however their rushing led to a lack of care taken with my sofa and damaged upholstery. They filled out a damage report on the spot and were professional about it, so props to them for doing their jobs. However, the follow-up was an absolute nightmare that is still ongoing 2+ months later.

I have used them several times from different locations, the last one I used was Woodbury, they were the slowest, no sense of urgency. Tore a corner of my sofa and did not tell me it happened. I noticed after they left. I called so many times and they kept saying they were emailing me a form , but never recieved. when the manager finally called me back he was very rude and disrespectful. Will not use the woodbury location again.

Used this company early June. Two guys who packed my items left multiple breakable items unwrapped and half done. I have photos and videos I sent to Dan, one of the supervisors who works there. I also caught one of the workers on his phone more than once. I was promised half my money back after Dan viewed the photos and videos and apologized; it's been over a month and no credit.

I had a pretty negative experience with a move today. The guys left a lot of items from the room I designated that I wanted to fully remove. I felt like they quit the pickup mid-process and rushed to the new place, leaving me behind to hastily gather up what was left behind. In spite of my request for protecting it, they recklessly packed my very expensive television in a box with other items.
Management is looking into your move as we speak, Ty. It certainly isn't our intention to let you down. We make every effort to get the job done, accurately & on-time, every day. We apologize for this experience.

I am sorry for your experience with us in 2021. We did discuss your move a few days afterward, and in the ensuing months; trying to come up with a workable solution. In the end, we agreed on a compensation amount. In the end, though, you are unhappy, and I apologize for it.
