In their own words
USE LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE!!! They will show up with an extra guy without telling you and you have to pay more than the agreed upon quote. I had no clue when they were coming. I even called Bill from the company the night before at 5:55PM asking for an ETA and they showed up to my apartment in the morning and never even called me back to let me know when they were coming or that they were on their way. They said it would take 2 hours max and were only bringing 2-3 GUYS MAX.
Got quoted $750-$1,000 after a walk thru assessment, ended up paying $1,700 plus $125 tip for two people. The move was 23 minute drive locally. I was told I got cut a break, instead of $250 a hour it would be $186. Their big TRICK is to undo small/large furniture to pieces or tables to take up labor time. On things that you and I wouldn’t normally take apart, i.e. lightweight chair for baby feeding purposes.
Pretty disappointed on how our move went, appraiser severely underestimated our property for an out of state move which in turn caused us to leave about 40-50 boxes in storage. The quote we received to bring the remaining items was way high for a mistake on their end. We now have the extra expense of flying to our home state and renting a uhaul truck to bring our remaining items to our new home. The movers themselves were great, polite, on time and friendly.
Much more overpriced than other companies I thought everything was OK until I started seeing boxes and other stuff missing if you have to leave your possessions overnight make sure there’s a lock on the truck not happy at all who would do this? When I called Bill, he said he heard that before and he never returned my call to confirm or deny. I’d look into another company.
Hate to write this the movers we nice guys but the estimate was 2600 turned into 4700 I get they worked very hard but they need to get there pricing under control I see a few reviews saying the same Felt like i definitely over payed ***** UPDATE just found out they stole my wife brand new FENDI BOOTS!!!!!$1700 will be contacting my lawyer and police STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
Does not disclose full moving costs during initial quoting. Claims moving costs are common knowledge rather than disclosing of them directly. It isn't until last minute when the movers show up knowing the customer will have no other option but to pay. Shady small business practice and they are aware of how the operate.
DO NOT USE. They ran a bait and switch on me. Quoted $2400 with exact timing and what to expect. Job took way longer and I was charged $3600!!!!!!! Owner, Bill did absolutely nothing but make excuses. This is borderline extortion. DO NOT USE! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

Bill the owner has a great crew. I had them pack part of my townhouse. And store into my storage unit. Then take the unit and move 25 mins away. Their lead guy clearly knows his job, and is very professional. He packed my unit so carefully and efficiently, that I didn't need the additional one I had waiting(saving me a monthly payment!!) Then, I booked them to move into my new home, we were fighting rain unfortunately. They did not miss a step.
These guys were great. They came in with the lowest estimate. The job ended up taking less time than anticipated, and they charged us less than the estimate. Prompt, careful and professional.
