Working with David Rodriguez was great at the beginning. He was professional, responsive, and very friendly. He helped me move large items out of my home and into storage unit, then moved everything out of the storage units into my new home. They worked hard and I treated them with respect and kindness -- I even gave them doughnuts, pizza, and beer to thank them for all the hard work. I'm a firm believer that it's not what you look like that makes for a great customer experience.
Worst ever. Came recommended by the Uhaul, so we called and asked them to load our moving truck. I am pregnant and my husband has a bad back, so we cannot move heavy items. Long story short, they never showed up. Didn’t answer calls or texts. Please do not hire this company if you actually need to move.

Do NOT use this company. When moving my belongings from a storage unit to my house, R&W Moving company damaged and broke several items of furniture (totaling $1278.99). To start with, the owner was apologetic and said he would take it up with the insurance company. I provided them with photographs and information on price of items broken. Communication from then on has been non-existent. They do not respond to my messages. I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 months now. AND...
Our apologies on not getting back to you. The empmoyee in question has been terminated and in regards to the furniture our insurance denied the claim. We have had issues with our phones and email.
This business was scheduled on January 8,2021 to unload a rental truck on January 20,2021 @ 10:00am. After waiting for more than a half hour, a call to the owner was made. He had to stutter and look for schedule after telling me that he couldn't find anything on schedule. He finally found his schedule and told me he would find a couple of guys and send them out. At this point I hired another business that made room in their schedule to unload our moving truck.
the workers work hard - however they packed in such a way that damaged our furniture. upon requesting reimbursement for the damages, I was chronically put off, told insurance was getting back to me, and finally ignored. work with them at your own risk - have to now begin court proceedings to recover the over $2,000 in repair costs
Not professional, left several item behind, poor packing, dropped several pieces and did not go back to collect them. After several attempts to contact to no avail they blocked the person that paid for the service. Please make it right contact Marcy Prochaska back.

R&W Moving helped us move furniture within our home as we were healing. While they were gentle and careful with moving the furniture around corners, what I loved most was the education we received. David taught us how to take the furniture apart so that in the future we’d be able to move it ourselves. We would definitely use R&W again!
