The rating breakdown
Google shows 6 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 3 | 50.0% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 16.7% | |
| 3 star | 1 | 16.7% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 16.7% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 4 four and five star reviews we have read for R. B. Cooke & Son. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
We had a fantastic experience with R.B. Cooke. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Our 3BR house was emptied in about two hours, and they unloaded everything at the new place in about the same time. If we ever need to move locally again, we'll definitely give them a call.
I moved in Boston in September and had a great experience with RB Cooke. Their movers were extremely polite and professional. You have to call to schedule but they accommodated my moving schedule and their rates were reasonable. Would highly recommend!
Family owned, they work with their customers on specs and details on all levels of moving whether you are upgrading to a bigger place or down sizing.
