Where to begin.... Avoid Redwood moving at all costs. Below is the exact e-mail(with sensitive information redacted) that was sent to the owner, Robert Fraser and his office manager Lisa, after a horrible cross country move experience. As of this post, no response or communication. Avoid this company AT ALL COST and VOTE WITH YOUR WALLET. YOU, THE CUSTOMER, HAVE THE POWER TO STOP BAD BUSINESS BEHAVIOR. This is a shady business which has employees that use foul language and act unprofessional while on the job not to mention the broken items and the stuff that seemed to have disappeared completely.

This business totally misled me. They told me they could move me then they told me the dates were not available all within 24 hours of telling me they could move me on the dates I needed. They wasted my time and cost me in planning for my move.

Redwood Movers were fantastic! The team led by Johny Ward was very careful with our antiques, did a great job wrapping our breakables and had very helpful suggestions about where to place our furniture in our new house. They pointed out where there might be problems and offered helpful solutions. They were polite, they arrived on time and brought all the needed materials. They worked very fast and were able to get the quoted price down by beating the time estimate.
Redwood Moving & Storage is one of the best moving companies I have ever used for a move. They are professional, make great suggestions, and really know how to ease the stress of moving. They came in under budget; packed and moved me with ease. Thank you to the team. What a great group of guys.
I’ve moved more times than I can count, and I can say without hesitation that this was the best moving experience I’ve ever had—by a wide margin. From start to finish, the team was exceptional. This was a two-day move, which can easily become chaotic or exhausting, but they handled it with a level of organization and professionalism that honestly made the entire process feel seamless.
Recently we moved from Eureka to Santa Rosa and used Redwood Moving & Storage because a professional in the area had used them many times and recommended them to many of the families she worked with over the past decades who relocated to the area. We were not disappointed. Paul Frazier took great care of the quote process and was fair and upfront about every detail.
