Avoid Relocation Express LLC – Complete Scam! They are not even accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Any positive review you find is written from them. I strongly advise anyone considering Relocation Express LLC to look elsewhere. This company uses deceptive sales tactics to lure customers in, but they are nothing more than a moving broker who will outsource your move to unprofessional contractors and leave you dealing with nothing but headaches.

Scam!! If I could leave a 0 I would! Horrible customer service! They lied about my move-the cost and outsourcing of the the moving company. They stole my deposit and wont return my calls. They made me sign a contract while on the phone as so i was unable to read all the fine print. (* NOTE* 7 PAGE SCREENSHOT OF THE CONTRACT.

My spouse paid a $1200 deposit and didn’t get anything moved nor any kind of refund. This place is a scam. She contacted this broker and told her what she wanted moved from Colorado to Texas(1 br apartment). Movers showed up to tell her all they can take is the couch and a table. We asked how much for everything. $7800. If they took the couch and table it’d be a total of $1900. We said no thanks because a U-Haul is $1700 and we can take everything. Now they won’t give any kind of refund. Won’t even talk to us.

Today I delivered the load to to this location and I m a semi truck driver it looks so long and the big problem was one of the guy was unloading and so rude and abused me for several times and I just ask him why it take so long and the owner or supervisor shouldn't keep this guy or teach him to be a well manner person coz u have no right to abuse the driver for simple thing and driver plz keep eyes on this guy and he is an old guy.

The person I spoke to tried to pressure me into committing on our first phone call for a move in 4 months. When I stated I wasn’t ready to move forward he told me I wasted his time and was very rude. Cannot recommend them whatsoever. If that’s their customer service over simply getting a quote- I can’t imagine how bad they would be if issues arose during a move.

Possibly the biggest scammers ever. I received a quote for $2,500.00 after they loaded the truck they hand me a bill for $9,100. The driver / loader told me the broker that gave the quote is a salesman and they do not make the prices. Unbelievable they are still in business. Beware!

Benjamin and another crew (sorry I am not sure how to spell his name, he mentioned he comes from Ecuador) helped me packing and moving. They are very nice, friendly, professional and efficient. All my belongings arrived without any damage. Moving apartments can be very difficult, but they made it smoothly, reliable and perfect. I truly appreciate their professional work. Highly recommend.
