Very rude, lazy people. Their employee broke into units and stole lots of valuables and they refused to press charges so a dozen diff people had too. WARNING!

I wish I could give half a star, let me correct myself I wish there was the capability to give no stars. I trusted Right Move Storage with my valuables and they failed me. I was advised of using the indoor storage unit for better protection and safety of my valuables. After securing my contract awith Right Move storage in addition to paying insurance I moved my items in with the mindset that my valuables would be in safe hands.
The guy was very helpful when I came to look at the unit. The only problem was when I actually came put my stuff in my unit it took forever to get the email w/the gate code. Had to call & leave a message to get a text w/ the gate code. …
Hi Derek, We're sorry that you had a delay with the code. We strive to give all of our tenants and guests a problem-free self storage experience, but occasionally we have a small glitch in the system. We hope that your situation was eventually resolved and that you'll have no further problems.
Unfortunately I have been using this facility for a ĺittle more than a year and I have experienced some of the worst customer service ever I do not recommend this place for storage needs and will be ending my rental here soon.
There's a big man on a little campus Cannot remember anything past the 30 minutes before you just called. He tried to make me feel like a dummy, so if you happen to stumble on this establishment, run ,run away.

I have used this company multiple times over the last probably 15ish years and every time I do it’s effortlessly! Such an easy and fast process every time. I have never had a single issue with them at all. Mark remembered me the second I walked into the office and it has been at least 6-7 years since I used them last. He is knowledgeable and friendly! He walked us through everything and made it all so easy! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
Excellent place to store your belongings! After using these units for the last nine years, I left because I moved. It's a safe, clean, and pleasant facility. My only recommendation is to update the app, as it has quite a few glitches.
