UNITS Moving and Portable Storage of Houston Gulf Coast

We had an outstanding experience with UNITS while moving event inventory between our luxury event venues. From the very beginning, their team was responsive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They were flexible with scheduling, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful logistical project feel seamless. The container was delivered and picked up exactly when promised, and their customer service exceeded our expectations every step of the way.

PODS made our move painless! Their door-to-door service was efficient, on time, and convenient at every stage of the process. Our empty POD was picked up this afternoon; our driver, Hai Do took ten minutes max to load our POD and depart. Plus watching the Podzilla do its thing was cool!

I had a great experience with UNITS Moving and Portable Storage and would absolutely use them again!! They were able to deliver my container within just a couple of days of my request, and the entire process was incredibly easy. Everything was handled ahead of time, including scheduling and payment, so when delivery day came, I didn’t have to do a thing. The driver arrived, placed the container exactly where I wanted it, and was in and out. I was busy inside the house and didn’t even need to go outside.

Let me tell you, this is one of the best companies to work with that. I have had the experience to use. Sylvia is in the office and that girl is awesome. She answers every single question. She is so polite. She works with you on what you need and works you in even if they’re super busy. The gentleman who delivered the pod can put that thing anywhere you want it within inches he is so talented. They are pricey, but they are not nearly as expensive as some of these other “POD” companies.
