Avoid this location, unless you want rats to pee and poop on your things. Had a unit here for years, never had an issue with rats, until a few months ago. Found a lot of rat droppings all over my things, luckily most of it were in tough boxes. But the smell of rat urine and droppings was powerful. I even found a dead rat inside the unit. I immediately went to cancel my unit there and took out as much as I could salvage. Unfortunately, some things were beyond saving.
Do not use this place! Their facility is not secured. It looks secure but their cameras are not good, ppl are able to the jump the fence and cut the chain to gain access. Our trailer was stolen, management nor corporate is cooperating with us. The on-site property attendant is useless. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!

Manager Ms Barbara Elmore helped me after being told false information she fixed the problem with my new unit. I’m thankful for all her help. Come see Ms Barbara if you’re in need of a Storage Unit she fantastic Sincerely LH Deserve LESS than One Star. Update to previous review: RAT DROPPINGS AND STINCH OF WHAT THEY LEFT BEHIND IS HORRIBLE. Didn’t matter that they have some sort of device to deter RODENTS IT DOESN’T WORK.

My little sister put her stuff in storage here while she relocated to a new apartment and it hasn’t even been a full two months and her belongings are infested with mice and spiders. We were supposed to be moving her stuff into her new apartment today but now we can’t because we want to make sure we’re not taking any unwanted rodents/insects with us.

This place has the worst phone system I've ever seen I'm trying to get a hold of tech support to fix my password cuz I've been having problems logging in and every time I call, it automatically hangs up they need to fix their system. When you submit that you need to fix your password they are supposed to send you an email. Never received anything!

The online process was quick and I got access same day as I needed it ASAP. They seem to always have some sort of special and it was in my budget even after the special. It’s more affordable and easy process more than most competitors. Barbara is always there to help during store hours and she has been nothing but friendly and helpful to me. I recommend and wil return if I need to use them again.

While doing a usual visit to my storage, I ended up locking my phone in my storage and started panicking. I wasn’t sure if I was gonna be able to get my phone back or if I was going to have issues but the receptionist at the front Barbara helped me immensely and I am grateful for the service that she provided me.
