Would not recommend. Used them back in October to move from Barrie to Alberta with United Van Lines / Mayflower. Quoted over 2000$ less than the final price. They give you a timeline of delivery of about 5 business days. Delivery ended-up being 2 extra days over the last date possible. The day before delivery, one of the Rockbrune guys refused to send me the final invoice. He kept saying he already sent it to me twice, but couldn’t prove it or tell me the invoice total.
Terrible experience...I booked well in advance and John gave me a Quote over the phone from looking at my real estate pictures on line. I told him I had more stuff than what showed in the pictures. He said no problem and would come for a walk through before the move. He told me I would have 4 people on moving Day.. Quote was $1960. I knew it would be more but that would be figured out during the walk through.

So I called Rockbrune Bros Movers them last Wednesday after being stood up by another moving company and explained what had happened. Spoke with Joe and he seemed sympathetic to my situation and said he had availability for our move. I was elated. He said his brother John would be able to do a quote either Thursday or Friday. When I didn’t hear back on Thursday I called and was told John wouldn’t be able to come over until Tuesday. No problem.

Went in to check a want ad for AZ driver/helper thinking it was 2 separate positions. Turns out the driver helps with the move then drives when tired to unload again and then drive again when tired. Not worth losing my AZ license for $20 hrs. No wonder there is a trucker shortage.
Worst mistake was letting them touch my furnishings. From the time we were loaded, the way the trailer was parked wouldn’t allow the doors to close so we sat there from 4:30 when they were done until almost 11 pm staring at the back of the …

Completely unacceptable, never use this company. Booked for 9am on both pack & load days. Pack day got a call that they wouldn't be in until 1pm. Packers trespassed into areas they were told multiple times not to go into, looking through …
Cruel treatment on animals. One of the drivers had their own dog chained to the side of the moving truck while it whined and barked. When it wouldn't stop they taped his mouth shut! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Rockbrune Bros moved me across the country from Ontario to British Columbia and the service couldn’t have been better. The original estimate was considerably less expensive than the fixed cost estimate from their competitors and when the load was weighed, the weight was less than anticipated so the cost was even lower. Joe answered all my questions promptly and with patience. When move day arrived Peter (driver) and a team were efficient, friendly and helpful.
I can't say enough about how great our packing and moving team was. This was our first big move and they guided us through the process, heling to educate us on expectations and plans as we went. Jason was the lead on the ground and was very friendly, communicative and extremely thorough and diligent in all his work. He led his team with such skill so that everyone was working seamlessly and effectively, protecting our home and its contents. Huge thank you to Jason and his crew for all of the amazing work.
We used this company last year for our move to Nova Scotia. We got a quote from Trish. She was awesome. They brought use some used but clean boxes for packing. The guys packing the truck went above and beyond. They did arrive late(not thier fault due to big accidenton the 401)but they made up for it by having extra men come to help load the truck. They were quick and efficient. Upon arrival no damages to our belongings and nothing was missing.
When I called Rockbrune, on a recommendation from a friend, I did not know what to expect. Jolene answered the call. She positively answered my questions and set me at ease. We made a plan for a small in town move which would take the better part of a day. The whole deal came in on budget. The move, somewhat complicated, went very well and my sister whose home we were moving, praised the work, professionalism,efficiency and attitude of the men who did the work.
