John has helped me with so much and I couldn't ask for a better storage unit facility. I really appreciate how lade back and professional it is here. I know my things a safe and secure and the price is amazing. Thank you to rocky state storage I'm so grateful! I'm throwing in a revised review. Mostly because I no longer have a storage unit here anymore. I made it 4 months and then was abruptly kicked out.

I was curious about the new black paint and googled King Storage just to learn Rocky State Storage was the owner. Wouldn't you know it only three weeks old and they had no less than 44 five star reviews and nothing lower. That's not the only amazing aspect, almost every single review read exactly the same. UNBELIEVABLE! But wait there's more, more five star reviews!

We have had a superior experience renting a storage unit for our CSU student here! Jon responded to our initial web inquiry immediately and has been so responsive. It's refreshing to have a personal contact these days when so many companies don't even let you talk to a human being. We were able to set up the rental from across the country, set a time to meet with Jon in person to select a unit, and then get completely set up within minutes.

The prices are competitive, and they offer modern billing practices that make budgeting simple. The facility has been recently updated, so I feel confident in the security of my possessions. Outside of a high level of professionalism, John is anlways extremely friendly and works to accommodate any request or help needed. It always feels so great to work with a local company that clearly cares about their clients experience. The units are safe and clean, and you can tell that they’re very intentional about who rents. highly recommend!
