Do not recommend this company. Our boxes had to be transferred from one truck to another because the first driver had a family issue. Once at out final destination several boxes were missing and the crew rushed us to sign off saying that …
Horrible experience. Be careful with this company. Rose Storage has dishonest crews that lied about delivering. Take videos of loading and unloading, and recored your phone calls with them if you have to select this company. They will damage your items and refuse to take responsibility. This company moved my household items from Michigan to Washington They damaged over $1,000 in furniture. The damage were all documented on the checklist. However they denied to reimburse me the total amount of damage.
Cars were delivered as promised and we were pleased. It’s been a month and we still have not received our “express” shipment. Nobody will tell us anything. We feel we are being lied to. We have been living for a month with none of our clothes, towels, blankets, dishes, etc. Our shipment has not arrived as or when promised. We call and are told that it should be here but it is not. We will not ever recommend this company with good conscience to anyone.
During our move the crew unfortunately damaged some of our belongings. While at the moment the crew seemed understanding and confident that issues could be resolved, after over 6 months there still has not been any settlement. The claims department or person is extremely unresponsive, and not giving any answers. While at certain point statement has been that a final review and settlement was under review, after several months nothing happened.
Moving quote scheduled for a Friday at 4 pm. No call. Called allied who gave me a direct number. Left message at 4:30. No return call. Called monday, left message, no return call. Called Allied who also called at left a message. No return phone call after a week. If this is the way they treat potential customers, I'd hate to see what happens when you're an actual customer!
Absolute mess from start to finish. I was charged for 2 days of packing even though I informed Judy from the beginning that I packed majority of the items myself. The packers shoved one or two things into large boxes and a ton of paper. …

I had an excellent experience with this moving company for my interstate move. The driver communicated clearly, arrived on time and handled all my belongings with great care. I would highly recommend this company for anyone planning a long-distance move.

Juan and his crew were great with the move! Put me at ease on both ends with his confidence and expertise/experience. He listened to my concerns and accommodated my own travel schedule cross country to my new house. Administratively, Judy kept in close contact every step of the way to make sure I was on track with pick up and delivery. Both Juan and Judy followed up after the move was completed to make sure I was completely happy.
I had already signed up and paid for a moving company when Mike Engelhardt called me about our move. He asked if he could still come over and give our household a look. Best decision I made in a long time. He found ways to save us money as well as being a invaluable help with our move. The driver and folks working on our move were considerate, careful and courteous and did everything they agreed to and in the timeline established. I highly recommend Mike Engelhardt, Rose Allied and their team for your next move.
