The rating breakdown
Google shows 8 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 5 of those are one or two star.

In their own words
When we discovered that two items were missing and one item was broken we called the Rosengard office. The secretary said she would relay this to the owner. We did not get a response. Later we wrote a letter to Rosengard. Again no response. We regret not reading the previous reviews before we chose Rosengard because unfortunately, our experiences were similar to what had been reported.
Mr Cutler, Peter has contacted you, and he did this as soon as he returned from a trip. You and Mrs cutler on numerous occasions brought in and removed some belonging you stored with us.
