They were efficient and cheap. They showed up >1hr late and moved my 1 bedroom in 2 hrs. BUT they broke my tv with poor packing and damaged parts of my couch, bed, and bruised various other furniture. I haven't been able to get in touch with them about the TV. Great for moving lots of stuff that they can't break.
Absolutely not recommended! This company is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We needed to move a piano out of the house before Thanksgiving since we are hosting, so we called them FOUR WEEKS in advance to schedule a Friday service. First, they postponed the move last-minute to the following Friday. Then, they rescheduled again to the Tuesday right before Thanksgiving, adding even more stress.
I would not recommend using this company. They over promise and under deliver. First of all they arrived late with 1 person short. I spoke with Mike who did the booking and said he will send 4 guys but only 3 showed up. They were also supposed to bring 10 wardrobe boxes which they forgot. Then they sent one of the guys to bring wardrobe boxes but he only got 8. One of the guys was constantly talking to someone on his phone through AirPods. In the end they could not even fit everything in the truck they brought.
Where is my TV credenza? Your guys damaged it on 9/1/17 while unloading off of a dolly with no furniture protector and gouged a piece of wood out of the top side edge. You gave me two choices 1) take money off of the fee for service or 2) have your moving guys take my TV credenza to your furniture guy to fix. I opted for Option 2 and your guys took my TV credenza on 9/1/17. I have called weekly to get an update in my credenza and each time I’m told your furniture guy is backed up and has not gotten to it yet.
Only go with them if you want your TV broke. Your lamp broke. Your dresser wheel broke. The drawers to your dressers all dumped out. Your dresser and mirror moved WITHOUT taking off the mirror. They also broke my water pitcher, but never bothered to tell me about it, it's never been found. Not professional movers whatsoever!! Next time I'll spend more money on movers who are professional and less on having to re-purchase things the Round the Clock Movers broke!! Please do NOT use this company!
Used these guys around the new year - all went well until the next day I realized they had taken some of my moving materials (they had some and I had some). I asked for them to return or replace the items multiple times. I believe it was 2x calls 2x voicemails and 4x texts since January. Nothing back yet, hoping they will respond to this and return my property. Thank you! UPDATE: Its almost July and I have still heard nothing from them. Wanted to update.
They’re good and I’ve used them twice, but they’re not capable of showing up on time (both times they were late ) which is frustrating when you’re revolving your day around someone and have other things to do. …
The staff is unreliable, consistently late for both pick-up and drop-off services for move. The company is terrible; they will damage your belongings and retain them for two weeks post your move.

In short, this moving company did an amazing job! Mike was very professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. Every question I asked before the move was answered clearly and promptly. The day of the move happened to be rainy, so I suggested starting early to avoid any inconvenience. The three-member crew arrived right on time, just as agreed, and efficiently loaded all my belongings from a three-bedroom house in only about an hour and a half.
Round the Clock Moving made my entire move a truly stress free experience! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They handled my belongings with great care, communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was moved smoothly and safely. What could of been an overwhelming day felt organized and seamless thanks to their positive attitude and attention to detail.
Great movers! Very good communication and arrived on time. Immediately started to work. They carefully wrapped the furniture and moved it into the truck. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They were very good at asking when things should go. They also did a great job re-assembling the furniture. I highly recommend this company.
We've been using Round The Clock Moving services for three years now. They helped us move into our house and was very careful with our belongings. Now we use their services annually for Junk removal and I haven't been disappointed. Their services is quick and accurate. Thank you guys!
