Came in with both engine lights on. Tech guy cleared all codes and told us we were good to go. We’re on a 2 day run far from home. Asked if he could force a regen which would have taken almost no time. He became rude with me and said park it and I’ll help you after all these other people even though we had already been waiting for a while.

People here can be pretty nice problem is they don't care enough on vehicle maintenance to do the job right. It won't surprise me of every so often they blow an engine.
