In their own words
Having grown up playing a Kawai, I knew I wanted to revisit the brand as an adult. I called on a Saturday and was able to swing by the showroom that day. The floor had all of the upright and grand models we were interested in; Chris gave us plenty of time to explore them. He also plays beautifully, and was able to bring out the differences in various models. We had some issues with delivery of the piano, to include the states of its initial arrival.
We bought a Kawai CA701 from San Mateo Piano and are impressed by their customer service. The salesperson was very helpful and pleasant. Delivery was smooth and professional. The owner went over and beyond in making sure that we were satisfied by the purchase. Also, the price was the best we found. Thank you San Mateo Piano!
We really appreciated Andrew’s service. He is knowledgeable and explains the specs of different Kawai models in details to us and is not pushy at all about selling. TBH I was leaning towards a Yamaha before visiting, but Andrew gave us a really good deal and I liked the tone of Kawai better, with his politeness and patience I decided to get our piano here. I would recommend the store to anyone who is looking for a Kawai piano.
I have received excellent customer services and a beautiful top line digital piano from this store. Thanks to Bozkurt's knowledge and patience, i decided on the beautiful Kawai CA 99 with the store promotion price! I am very grateful and excited, can't wait to start my piano journey!
