The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Mr. Rothschild recieves five stars from us because he hit the five important qualifications: 1). Excellent communication skills! Basics like returning calls and then taking the next step of reconfirming. 2). Punctual! This shows me he is respectful of us and our time. 3). Conscientious! This includes the above as well as sharing about what and why he is doing what he is doing. Also appreciated is his quiet nature and ability to work despite an over attentive dog. 4).
Robby is great at what he does. He's given my old piano a new life. He's always been punctual and friendly, and charges a fair price.
Robbie is always a total pro - he came to our house to tune our piano during covid and he was masked, washed his hands, and had very clear directions for us to do to prepare for his coming. He always does great work - our piano sounds awesome! He is so professional, works diligently, but is always willing to take a moment to explain anything that we might want to know. He even asked if I was chemically sensitive before he repaired something with superglue.
Angela, thank you for noticing and for saying so out loud, out here. Working for people like you is what it’s really about.
You know how it is! You google the service you need and hope you're choosing the right person. Robby was definitely the right person! He was very professional and knowledgeable and treated my piano with expertise and TLC! He was kind, courteous and I was comfortable having him in my home. My piano sounds amazing and I will certainly be calling Robby for my piano tunings here on in!
