A Complete Nightmare—Avoid at All Costs! Hiring this moving company was a big, big mistake. We relocated from San Francisco to Chicago in the middle of winter, and despite reading the bad reviews, I foolishly gave them a chance. Why? Because they offered a better price than other companies. In the end, we paid far more in damages and losses than we ever would have with a reliable mover. When I voiced my concerns, the representative assured me the negative reviews were just isolated cases.

Truck with my goods on it broke down so delivery was delayed about 4 days past the delivery window. My belongings had to be transferred to another truck and many of the boxes looked like they had seen some rough handling My HoverBoard was lost and when I put in a claim I was informed that because I didn’t report it the day my goods were delivered that I was not entitled to any compensation The drivers/loaders on both ends of the move were professional and courteous

I've moved a lot in my life, and this cross- country move and pack was one of the smoothest. Starting with the estimate, our estimator Hannah was communicative, professional and organized. It wasn't the least expensive but it was in line with other national van line carriers. We had a full service pack, and the packers were detail oriented and had a good sense of humor. The movers arrived right on time (one minute early) , were well staffed and very efficient.

This is the third time we've used Santa Rosa Moving & Storage in the past three years and each of our experiences with them have exceeded expectations. The latest was a long distance move of furniture from CA to TX for our daughter. As I have come to expect, the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, packed everything with care and delivered it to our daughter's home in TX on time and undamaged.

We've now used Santa Rosa Moving three times, and after our most recent move, I can confidently say we wouldn't consider using anyone else. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The two movers who helped us were absolutely exceptional. They arrived on time ready to work, hustled the entire day, and treated our belongings with tremendous care and respect. Moving is never fun, but their positive attitudes, professionalism, and friendly personalities made the process so much easier.
