In their own words
This is a review from Marco Manzur I am a college student graduating in business administration. I want to talk about the poor quality I had with this business. I attended one of their storage actions. I came to find out that I payed $500+120 in a charge fee for buying the box, and the box was full of broken stuff. the box was advertising property from david burns a rich old man that past away.
I have moved with this company a couple of times. They do great work. But the last time, I felt very unsafe around the employees moving furniture. Every time I turned around they weren't wearing their masks after I repeatedly told them to keep putting on their mask. Why do I have to keep telling them to keep putting on their mask? When they should just be wearing it because it's mandated. I will not be using their service again
The crew from Scarr moving delivered our household goods on 23 June. The team was on time and polite and worthy of five stars. The two star review comes from the fact that this company lost a box that held great sentimental value and can not be replaced.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
The Scarr moving team were very professional! They showed up on time, packed our belongings, and prepared them for loading the truck. The next day they returned to help load the truck again they were very professional and obviously were aware of the stressful situation for the people being moved.
The Guys worked fast and with care, great personalities and made coordinating easy. They were very cooperative and have a great sense of humor. It was a pleasure to be working with them and we were a bit unprepared, but they were able to accommodate us.
I can't recommend Scarr Moving & Storage enough!! Everybody was fantastic to work with!! Communication was excellent!! Scarr pulled off a miracle for me in getting me moved in late September 2021!! My move was a 1 day move of 100 miles …
I’ve known the team at Scarr Moving and Storage for many years and have worked with them both personally and professionally. I’ve confidently referred them to my real estate clients because I know they’ll be treated with honesty, care, and professionalism. Moving can be one of the most stressful parts of buying or selling a home, and it’s reassuring to have a company that’s dependable, communicates well, and takes pride in doing the job right.
