These reviews were obviously purchased and not real. I want to start by saying Alex lied from begging to end about my move. The contract states: there will be 4 movers packing our home in Florida and moving to our home in denver, there will be gps tracking throughout the whole trip, and since we paid for insurance everything is 100% insured.
DO NOT , I repeat DO NOT hire this company to move your things! They are a complete scam. I called and put down a deposit and on the day of moving no one ever showed. I called 10 times and got no response. I left voicemails and got no …
***Editing again to note that I’ve heard from the company and they plan to have my furniture repaired to look like new. I will update with photos when they follow through. ** Updating to reflect finding that these men broke my furniture and tried to glue it back together without telling me. I found it as they were driving away and contacted both them and their boss. They tried to say it was already broken. It was not broken when they picked it up this morning.

Lamar, Dee and Send Off Movers were all awesome! Dee set up the estimate and worked with my moving date target. Lamar came and moved all of the furniture and boxes in the house, taking great care to wrap and protect the furniture. He double checked everything as we went and made sure I understood how he was loading and moving the items. Five stars all around!
