My father has been in Palliative care at the St. Paul’s Hospital suffering from untreatable cancer. I booked a move with this company to remove 5-6 items from his home as we were trying to make room in his apartment so that his place would be more accessible and comfortable. The items would be stored by Simple Moves. The move was booked on a Friday and was to happen the following Monday afternoon. I was charged $585 as a deposit for the move.

Our experience was wonderful. Our movers were very polite and friendly. Their communication was outstanding. They did a very good job of keeping us informed of their arrival time for picking up our stuff, and also kept us well informed during transit and delivery. The movers were very efficient in packing our stuff up, and during load up and unloading the truck. The pricing was very reasonable and fair. They guaranteed the price, rather then most other companies where you get hit with some extra costs, i.e.

I honestly can't belive how amazing these guys were! Judith was so incredibly organized, fast, efficient, professional and friendly. I've quite honestly never seen anything like her, I was in awe, and after 30 mins most of our stuff was on the lawn ready to put in the truck. We just recently used their service to do a short notice move. They were very accommodating. They were on time, friendly and very professional. I would recommend this moving company to everyone! I unfortunately can’t remember the names of the guys who helped us (so much going on) but all four of them were amazing. We had to move from a full house to a upper suite and they got the move done fast and stress free.

I had called a couple of moving companies, and went with Simple Moves because they were the most affordable in the market. 3 staff showed up (Jani, Lance and Nate) in time and with great disposition to get things done. They were very pleasant to work with and extra accommodating. From the time they quoted me over the phone (Lance) and answered all my questions 'till the very last box moved into the new place.
