Very disappointed since the change of ownership. Random charges on my credit card. Just billed a $509 “cleanup fee” when my unit is full of my stuff and I’m still paying the monnly rent. No response after multiple emails. Recommend not renting these units.
Comments here about snow & ice are 100% accurate. Poorly maintained in the winter. But the biggest issue is with the "Smart Technology" and dead batteries in the door. I have had a "low battery" issue in the door of the unit for a month and now a dead battery issue and have not been able to access my business unit with customer product for almost a month, with a song & dance from the management team saying they feel so terrible, but not doing anything to replace the battery or whatever needs done to get me into…
If you want a storage facility that has prompt customer service, good quality locks, a gate that works, technicians that are professional, helpful employees, and that doesn’t take money from your account randomly then make you spend hours …
I'm not sure if I have ever dealt with as bad customer service before. We were locked out of my units for multiple weeks. We would call multiple times to explain our situation -- the voice on the other to us, and our peers, sounds like …
If you’re going to increase rates you could probably do a little more work here. I shouldn’t have to dig down through snow to get my unit opened.
