In their own words
This place was sub par. They sent out 3 men. Two were new and BARELY new what to do. They brought no food or drink and expected us to feed them. Our house was in boxes so we had no glasses. When they first arrived one of them just wanted to go to the neighbors and grab something free in the yard. They complained they were tired. And one of them was actually crying because he was fighting with his girlfriend on the phone. Once we arrived at our new home the crying gentleman proceeded to put beds together backwards.
We used this company a few years ago when we had to move across town. There was two gentlemen. Both very friendly. We had hired them to move our washer and dryer and a few other items. Not an entire household of things. The older gentleman didn’t want to move our washer because he was “unsure if the water was off” I assured him the water was off for the unit and I had even disconnected the hose form the unit. We had it all set up to make it as easy as we could on these guys, being July and horribly hot and humid.
Sitterly movers were moving in a downstairs neighbor, and decided to grab a statue in my garden to prop a door open as they moved the neighbor in without asking. …

These guys were great! Professional, curious, careful, prompt and very efficient. Tom Wine was great to work with, and all of the workers were super-like one of the family. We hired Sitterly Movers in April 2021 for a move from one Western Massachusetts town to another. We had a lot of stuff and not a lot of time to move, and they came through for us. Overall I'm happy with my experience with the company. We used their professional packing services and the crew who worked on that aspect of the job packed things well to prevent damage. They packed dozens of boxes and the cost was worth it for us to not have to stress about the process.

They just moved me out of my apartment into a condo in Northampton and they absolutely nailed it. Sitterly sent out five really funny, friendly, affable guys and a big truck to my place and they were super fast and efficient in terms of taking stuff apart and being up front with what they did and didn't feel comfortable moving out of my place. They packed up my extensive clothing collection and worked really hard for me all day. Thank you guys so much!! I'll definitely be using Sitterly next time.
