I would NEVER use this facility again!!! My unit number 256 was broken into!!! I have an entire dresser gone my dishes are gone my daughter's Christmas stuff is GONE!!! For them to have a gate and for me to need a code to get in how could my unit have been broken into??! The only people that had access to this unit was me I'm the only person who had keys to the lock! Someone in that place knows exactly what happened and I will be finding out tomorrow with the police!!!
I dont recommend this place..they are very rude first and far most. Then they cut the lock off my stuff for calling them 2 make the payment on my due date for the payment. A $95 payment turned into almost $300 plus i had 2 purchase another lock from them for about 10 dollars or more..just horrible
I wouldn't rent from this facility. If you choose to terminate your rental, they do not porate the fees. My son was moving out of the unit and needed 3 additional days. They charged him a full months rental. Taking advantage of college kids...
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE rent from this place. These are the rudest people I have ever met in my life and they care NOTHING about working with you!!! HORRIBLE And over priced.

Very pleased with our experience at Bama Mini Storage. The staff were helpful and friendly, the unit was perfect for our needs, and the location was good. The 24 hour access was great, it made the late nights of moving in and out easy and everything stayed safe and secure. Would definitely use them again for our storage needs.
They were super helpful with trying to find the best storage unit that fits my needs. Even with out of state, they were easy to reach and it was super easy with accessing, moving in, and moving out of the unit. Highly recommend this place if you’re a student needing to keep your extra items safe while down in Tuscaloosa!
Denise and Ronnie are very kind. I love my storage unit. I’ve had it for over 2 years. My belongings are well protected and don’t smell like they’ve been in a storage unit.
Great staff, helpful and clean. Reasonable pricing. Great location. Staff at this facility keeps the items secure and clean. Always helpful
