DO NOT USE! I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the moving services provided by your company. Initially, I received a quote for the move, but shortly after the service commenced, an additional charge of $60 was added for "drive time," despite being only five minutes from my residence. Furthermore, the handling of my belongings was unacceptable. The movers stacked wood on wood without proper protection, resulting in significant damage to over $3,000 worth of furniture.

Were a local contractor and hired Skinny Wimp to remove and reset contents in a home, in order to refinish floors/trim and paint the house. Daniel and the crew were extremely punctual, professional and extremely fast with handling the contents portion of the job. Their office was great to coordinate with as well! I am very grateful to these fellows for the excellent job they did in transporting an upright piano. They drove a big truck, but maneuvered very well in a tight driveway; they then unloaded the piano and brought into the house. VERY polite, worked steadily. Had an unfortunate mix-up though. I don't know where it was written, but I was under the impression they would pack/box up some things. They didn't have any materials to box with! We did have boxes, but I guess we had to request it. So while they moved out furniture and such, we worked like crazy trying to box what remained. NOT easy as we are in our late 70's. So be sure to read the fine print! I despise having to make so many arrangements by oneself via the computer. 😞
