Consistently late by an hour to an hour and a half. Broken TV stand, dirt from moving truck on mattresses and couches. Damaged interior of apartment walls by carelessness. Will not use again . EDITED TO UPDATE AFTER UNPACKING: Found about 10 deeply indented scratches on Amish wooden TV cabinet. Magnetic closures inside door were split on one door... mostly on one side of the set of screws holding it in place. The housing for the magnetic closures were cracked.

gave me a much higher quote then others, then automatically subscribed me to their email list which gave me 5 emails in a weeks time. do not recommend a business who operates this way

Scheduling was quick and easy, pricing was competitive, and the movers showed up on time and were very efficient and careful with our items. We had our items moved into storage and we were impressed with their Tetris skills to ensure everything fit.
Smart Move saved the day once again! I had a last minute moving need and within 24hrs James, Brandon, and Ryan should up ready to get the job done. They were polite, prompt, and professional! I will definitely call Smart Move for any of my moving needs.
