In their own words
Smart Move lies. I confirmed move date and time twice with main office and no show. Then confirmed time again when they were to come 2 hours later. No show. Now no one is showing up. They put me in a horrible bind. Do not use this company if you need to move - they are totally irresponsible, unprofessional and they lie.

In their own words
We haven’t unpacked the trailer yet, so I’ll update if something goes wrong, but we had a great experience with Smart Move helping us load a U-Pack trailer. Great communication throughout, arrived on time, worked hard, were professional, and did a great job at a reasonable price.
Charlie, Angelo and Luis did a fantastic job loading our home. Fast, efficient and careful. Would definitely hire again. Thank you guys!
I had a great experience with Smart Move! The team was professional, efficient and took great care of my belongings during the move. Their attention to detail and friendly service made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a reliable moving company!!!
Thank you Taylor!
Charlie, Angelo, and Luis were super efficient at unloading our POD! They took very good care of our furniture and were very willing to move stuff around for us as we debated where to put everything in our home. Very happy with their service and they finished in record time!
