The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
This is a very clean, secure, and well-run storage facility. Bree was very professional and helpful in getting us started with our unit, even providing a walk-around with us and fully explaining all of the rules and safety features that their facility has. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone wanting to keep their valuables safe!
Great customer service & super simple and fast to get set up! Very very clean place!
New facility that is clean and has a human person managing it on site. Uses the digital lock system so no physical lock required with service elevators at the entrance to access the second floor. Cameras are everywhere for added security. Also has platforms carts for free to use as needed.
Brianna was awesome!! My wife came in as a new customer. Brianna was extremely personable and very friendly! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made our experience first class! I highly recommend Smart Move for all your storage needs!
