They dropped some items in a box and broke all the glass and refused to pay for it when I bought the insurance, SCAM company stay away and hire real movers who know how to use professional blankets and real dollys. These clowns rent U-Haul equipment and don’t even own floor protection for your house. Stay far away!

Movers were supposed to arrive by 9:00am. They did not arrive until 11:00am. Two of the men seemed to be “day laborers” which is fine but, they ended up breaking two of our televisions. One of the TV’s were “reimbursed” by 600.00 even …
Hey Mrs.Thompson, I'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced. I thought we took care of the issue as far as reimbursement for the TV. Moving isn't easy and we try our best to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. And as far as my guys being day labors? They are not.

I chose this company based on multiple recommendations I saw on Facebook and after a previous bad moving experience I was very skeptical. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. I sent pictures of everything that needed to be wrapped and moved, including our 400-pound coffee table and I received a fair, upfront quote with no surprises. On moving day, they showed up & immediately got to work. There was no wasted time, no standing around and absolutely no hidden fees.

We had such a great experience with Stephen’s Super Movers! From start to finish, everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They took great care with all of our belongings and worked so hard throughout the entire move. We really appreciated how careful and respectful they were with everything. The owner was also extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process so much less stressful.
