Had a long distance move from Georgia to Alabama. Price was ALL inclusive from the time he Pebbles the owner came to my house and gave me a total cost quote one month ahead of the move. After filling a 26 ft truck and getting another trailer. He decided it was MY responsibility to rent another truck. This company is so unprofessional I would not recommend anyone using this company. I gave him every chance to make things right and now I have multiple things in my neighbors garage.
I told you guys when I came over and gave a rough estimate if everything didn’t fit in a 26ft truck it would take another truck for your 6 items to get there. you and your husband bill agreed and signed contract. When push came to shove you … More
Had to reschedule my original date the following day due two days before my move due to one of the owners workers not being able to make it. The owner offered me a refund, but by then it was going to be more expensive to get a new moving company. I tried asking for a discount for my troubles, but apparently I was already getting the discount of "$150" per hour because he normally charges $220 per hour. Then on the day of the move came, the movers didn't show up at 11am.

Scheduling with this company was a breeze. The owner provided me with great confidence that this project would go off as expected. Everyone was professional , respectful , and efficient. The moving team showed up early to make sure they would be ready to start loading on time, and kept up a fast pace the entire day. They took good care of my possessions. So what are the pros and cons of going with a small independent mover compared against a regional or national brand? Well the small mover can often be more flexible in tailoring the move to the customer's needs. They are also more price competitive in many instances. Finally, they are a small business and it can feel like expanding opportunity, never a bad thing in a community.

I received quotes from several moving companies. After speaking with Ron ( the owner ) some things he said during the conversation. impressed me. The fact he was willing to come and see everything involved indicated an accurate quote. He was willing to go the extra mile, kinda like me saying " oh , by the way would you mind doing ; without hesitation he didn't mind. This means a lot for a 66 yo disabled person with COPD! Ronnie and Borus did a great job hauling away our old washer and dryer and loading the new ones. We don’t have the easiest setup going up and down stairs, but they were very efficient and very personable the entire time. I don’t know what they are being paid, but I’m sure it’s not nearly enough with all the hard work they do! Highly recommend them.
