Great price for 1st 3 months rent being half price. First time I have ever rented a storage unit and it made it really simple on the website to pay and lease in minutes.
I've used this location before for storage and I love it! It is super convenient and though it can be a little confusing at first, it is easy to get ahold of customer service and they have a lot of information in their FAQ. I love that it is self-service and it has the best prices I could find in Wichita Falls for a storage unit! The app is easy to use and understand. If you need to contact customer service I recommend calling them, I have found that to be the easiest way.

Highly recommend for anyone seeking top notch storage. After comparing storage in the area smart lock self storage is the most affordable and also offers the best deals and features. I was able to store my stuff within an hour after seeking a storage. No waiting in line and you dont have to go buy a lock. Everything is done from your phone. The whole set up, payment, account, storage issue and you can unlock from your phone. Very convenient. Comfortable easy accessible. So far no complaints.

When I first started my lease here I was a bit skeptical as the doors were still being replaced and wasn't sure how safe it was. However with the past few weeks the doors have been replaced and I feel a bit better about this place. One downside is that it is a forced payment day. I like to pay things early when I can do I don't accidentally spend bill money. The place is very clean, however no dolly is available even though there is a spot for it.
