This is the 4th storage facility I've used sporadically throughout my life; it is far and away the BEST despite good competition. The only thing more impressive than me undercover, very secure, and amazingly flawlessy clean facility... Is the exemplary customer service of Kelly and Grace. They are both professional AND kind when I had about 1,000 questions 🤣. I would not even consider another facility in or around Wichita Falls. Period, hands down.
understanding and helpful, rates within norm of others, located by 11th st USPS area old downtown. looks like old Macy store years ago now like a warehouse, not like newly built storage units, so little hard to see but easy access and good security. inside kept clean.

Helping a family member move and made several trips to pick up items. It was easy getting in and out. The attendant, Kelly, was very nice and helpful. If you need climate controlled storage, this would be a good place.
Been using this storage for a couple years. I appreciate the location from my home. It's priced well for inside units compared to other options around town.
