I have had a unit at this location since February and I must say that this has been the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility. I have rented from others in the past but never received the professionalism that is received at Store Line. Management is always willing and able to answer any questions I may have and when I had trouble with my lock not opening, Nellie’s husband came out and helped me get it opened without having to cut it off and thus me having to buy a new lock.

I have been with store line for several years. No matter what they've always been there to help me when I needed help. There was a lot of things I didn't know how to do and they led me through the computer things that had to be done. I highly recommend them. They're good people!
