Gave us a quote then over charged me by over $1000 dollars. After the move, found numerous items damaged and when I called to ask questions gave me the run around. Very imitating, hyper and uncomfortable to deal with.
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any confusion you experienced during your move. We do not provide fixed quotes for residential moves; insead, we give out best estimate of how long the job will take, as all jobs are billed hourly.
Booked them 3 weeks in advance. Took the day of work and they showed up looked around and left without saying a word. Won’t answer their phone or return calls. Very unprofessional.

***DO NOT hire this company! We are moving in one week. After finally getting in touch with Smooth Moves to confirm our moving date, they informed us they were cancelling our move as he had "no movers" all of a sudden???? We have been booked since June, and now every single moving company is booked, we have called them all. Terrible terrible terrible company, the least they could have done was call us to let us know there was a problem weeks ago.

They lie and say they wrap everything and keep it all safe. They don't. They treated my stuff like junk. Not ok. In response to your reply, Bea Anne is my name I use for email. Of course it wouldn't show up. Regardless, what i said was true. And there's no way to "make it right". None of my stuff was wrapped. None of my stuff was moved with care. Those are the facts. It's not like you're going to replace it all, so what's the point?

Was excellent working with this crew. Mark (in the office) was very professional, pleasant, and accommodating. Justin and Tristan (movers) were the same. Also professional and easy to deal with. I would completely recommend them and will use them again. Excellent people. They really like what they do, you can tell. It was fun listening to them laugh as they left. Thanx guys!
