In their own words
This just baffles me. I called several weeks ago to get an estimate for a move. I had a very nice conversation with a lady named China. They were available for the day I need to move a a month out from my call. We agreed that it would be best if someone came to the house to give me an estimate. She said she would call me back to schedule it. A week later, I had heard nothing, so I called and left a message. Two days later, still no call back. I called again and left another message.
Please disregard this review as we never moved a single item and our service was never used. We apologize for the miscommunication, however we do now offer in home estimates. -Brandon (Southern Oregon Movers)

Very unprofessional service, did not feel at all comfortable with how my furniture was handled. There are places with cheaper prices than this one and it was a mistake to think that this being more expensive would give a better experience.

Hey Gail I am 100% sure you have the wrong company we don’t have an Aaron here and we have never helped a Gail Harrower. I’d like to also mention we have never received a bad rating from any of our customers just competitors impersonating to be one.
I can’t recommend this company. They’ve been in business for over 10 years and still don’t have a moving truck. They use U-hauls! Very disappointing and dishonest company.
