Update review 16 Feb 2024. Don’t rent here, shady company from initial payment enrollments to constant rate raises. It’s just only a year in my lease with them and they have already raised my rates twice almost double what it was, it’ll be 3 rate increases counting my extra storage. I have 2 storage units here and they actually raise it at different times. So they have plans to raise your rates!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!Can’t even move in without someone being super noisy. The manager was driving by and tried coming in my unit and asking what I have in here. Not in a joking way either. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Have had a couple of units for a couple of months, got our wires crossed on the customer end and the customer service for Sparebox rocked it out patiently for us everytime. Would give 10 out of 10 if possible.
