Gate still not operating 1 week after I reported it. Please check your property, neighbors! This company will probably not be held responsible if your items are stolen or vandalized.
Hey Lynn, we appreciate you reporting a broken gate our team is working to get this issue resolved. Repairing a gate can take a little bit of time, depending on how it was broken, so please be patient with us as we work to resolve the issue.
Terrible customer "service" with no physical presence at the site. Consolidated 2 units into one and was told I would still be charged for two, after receiving a confirmation that we would be charged for one. Clearly a ripoff. Also, main gate often doesn't work, allowing anyone to enter and possibly loot and/or vandalize property. Avoid this business if you value your stored items.
