When Valley Storage management took over from the previous owner, they 1. raised the rates 2. charged a late fee when I was victim of identity theft and my account was frozen, thereby not allowing my auto-pay to go through (I called the next day to make it right but they refused to drop the late fee) 3. never returned my deposit (despite having made 3 phone calls and leaving the unit clean and damage-free). My advice, store your items elsewhere.
Marny Fannin, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. Please email [email removed] with more details, so we can try to remedy this situation.
Don't go here. Six months after sign on they can and will raise your rent 30%-50% higher. Don't call to ask questions about it because Amber, will just get pissy that she can't talk you down from seeing the illegal side of it. Their response, was that I can just move my things out before their new policy takes hold. If it's a new policy, I never signed for it. If it's an existing policy, it's one they make you sign without knowledge. Don't sign on here. They're robbing people blind.
