Spirit Movers damaged my new TV and once I mounted it on the wall today, the screen of the TV has a huge crack in the screen, showing a horrible/distorted view. I immediately brought this sad concern to their attention/asked for a refund. They instantly became disrespectful/refused to take the blame for the damages. Bogdan said this is all my fault/blamed it on the previous Movers. Bogdan kept harassing me via text/making excuses saying because it wasn’t in a box, It must’ve been the previous Movers fault.

I had the best experience working with Spirit Move! The Bohdans are great! They communicate well, delivered on time, no scratches or damage, they were very careful with my precious items! I happily recommended them for any kind of jobs--all handyman, home tasks, cleaning..they pretty much do everything and I will be using them again and again!!
