I expect a full refund for this completely unacceptable moving experience. I booked a 1:00–4:00 PM moving window. The movers didn't arrive until 5:16 PM I spent hours calling customer service for answers. No one proactively contacted me to explain the delay. I later found out my original movers had been replaced without anyone notifying me because when I called it was someone else. Leah repeatedly told me she would call me back with updates and never did. The delay pushed my move to end at 10:00 PM.
This place is run by total scam artists. They missed my appointment time and refused to refund my deposit. I had to contact my bank to get the money back and it was a big hassle. If you don’t like being ripped off, try another company.
