Paid the deposit and NO SHOW! The company rescheduled my appointment for 4 hours later and still NO SHOW!! On top of that they wouldn’t answer any calls or text about the pick up.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! UNPROFESSIONAL
NEVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They are VERY unprofessional first of all my appointments was set for 10 they didn’t arrive until 11:30 and then they only put the “big stuff” on they RAGGEDY truck which was filthy and not the boxes because if you don’t book under a certain thing on they website they can’t but the boxes on they truck make it make sense THEY DONT CARE about other people belongings THEY WILL BREAK YOUR NICE NEW FURNITURE AND NOT TELL YOU And then expected more money because you had two stops your not…
You’re the one that I called the police on for theft of services. Not only didn’t you have all the money, you blocked our number. We still have your address:)
They took my deposit, never showed up, never answered my calls or texts. Called/texted them many times from different numbers, and they never bothered to reply/call back. I would give them 0 stars but that's not an option.
They are too lazy too slow .They lied me .They said 30 min waiting at the end of the day I wait 5 hours and they ignored me .Poor place poor people
Sir you didn’t book with us! You called us because you needed help because you failed to secure your load on your flatbed. We did you a favor & stopped by to access the situation while we were in route to our BOOKED location.

If you’re looking for reliable and professional movers then look no further! They arrived on time and cleared my entire apartment within 30-45 minutes. They were fast and efficient, if I could give them 10 stars then I would!!
John Johnson and his team moved my apartment furniture to Houston today and I was pleased with their quality of work! They were on time, responsive throughout the entire process, told me when they were en route, packaged my items with care, told me what I needed for the move, as well as drove safely to my new destination! They saved the day as another company canceled on me at the last minute, I’m so glad I found them and used them! Thank you guys!!
If your looking for good quality service at a reasonable rate, I highly recommend State to State Moving Services. From start to finish everything was exceptional. The guys made sure everything was in placed and to my standards. Glad to have chosen this company they definitely made my transition smoother.
My experience with these guys was nothing short of excellent! They were on time, they guys worked until they were done. They were quick and proficient! Also moved my things with care nothing was damaged.
