The rating breakdown
Google shows 8 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

In their own words
The sales rep was great at selling, but when the movers came the chief was rude, didn’t bring the items they were supposed to and was irritated with us about it. Refused to load all items into the truck. I reached out to the rep who said they’d provide some compensation but the owner did not provide it or any resolution, or even response with my further emails. We had to rent another moving truck and get the rest of our stuff. It cost us $4,000 to move with them and still had to rent another truck.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

We used Statewide Movers today for our move and had a great experience! The crew was hardworking, efficient, and very professional. They handled everything carefully and made the whole moving process go smoothly. Bob, you’ve got a great team! I highly recommend Statewide Movers if you’re looking for reliable movers.
From the moment I called to the moment the movers finished I couldn't be happier. My experience with MacDonald Moving was phenomenal. Kind, polite, courteous, professional, responsive to my emails and calls, and safe with all my belongings. I will definitely be using them again..
Very satisfied with the job they did today for my parents--moved extremely heavy items out of the home--including a piano, which took the strength of 4 men. Doors had to be removed to get the items out and everything was put back on …
Great company to work with. Employees are courteous and professional. We have used them three times in the past year and will be using them again in another month. Statewide stands out in the crowd.
