Our cross-country move from Iowa to California, while initially managed by Bekins Van Lines, ultimately fell under the responsibility of Stevens Worldwide Van Lines, who subcontracted the physical transport to their driver, JJ. This experience was deeply disappointing due to JJ's dishonesty and the lack of accountability demonstrated through this subcontracted arrangement.
