In the process of an international move we needed to store some stuff Paid in full and 3 weeks later flew back to Rhode Island to collect some of my belongings Sunday afternoon arrived to find an additional pad lock on my unit locking me out, no one working in the office, and no emergency number. More importantly **No one ever called to tell us anything was wrong** Speaking with one employee I was told the unit was paid up and not owing my bank confirmed this No one has returned my call so far, and I’m out 600$ in…

My daughter came back to college on a Sunday and Found a Pad lock she was unable to get her stuff no staff there no emergency number to call. I had to come down myself speak with someone and they said cause of a payment which it was done right away in July and that way they put the Pad lock I had inform my daughter to never go again to this place horrible

Ongoing issues with people parking against the loading dock. Think twice before renting out a storage on this location. Otherwise, be expecting putting a lot of walking around to get to your unit for the amount what you're paying here.

Be careful with your money at this place. The manager can’t solve a simple mathematical problem as balance two accounts.

I have had a unit in this building for the last 7 years and it's always been clean , secure and accessible. The staff at the office are friendly and helpful. They have the lowest prices. There prices are continual throughout the year they don't constantly change fron month to month. I have looked into others around the area and they don't compare to what I found here. If you are looking for a unit weather it be long or short term i recommend Storage America.

Every time I get a storage unit from these guys its so easy, so affordable and have good prices. Lowest rates guaranteed. Rhonda helped me out today she was very nice and very attentive. I would 100% recommend this storage unit to anybody from RI or around central falls area
